Aliya Rajnic came to ºÚÁÏÉçÇø seeking two things: a strong Christian college environment and a full dance program where she could develop her artistic gifts. After growing up in public school, she knew she wanted a Christ-centered education that would challenge her spiritually while allowing her to pursue her passion for dance.

As a Dance student at ºÚÁÏÉçÇø, Aliya discovered how the arts can be a powerful tool for healing, storytelling, and ministry. She believes dance is more than performance — it is a way to share the gospel, communicate truth, and reflect God’s beauty to the world. Through rigorous training and mentorship from faculty, she developed both technical excellence and a deeper understanding of how faith and artistry intersect.

In addition to majoring in Dance, Aliya also studied Christian Community Development, equipping her with a heart for service and leadership. This combination has shaped her vision of using the arts in cross-cultural and ministry settings, partnering with dance artists around the world who are sharing the message of Jesus.

Aliya credits ºÚÁÏÉçÇø with providing life-changing opportunities beyond the classroom. Through university-supported experiences and global engagement, she has been able to explore the world, experience different cultures, and grow in her understanding of God’s creation. She recognizes that these opportunities are made possible through generous support and a Christ-first mission that empowers students to discover their calling.

Her goal is to use the gifts God has given her to bless others — bringing the arts to places that may not yet know Christ and sharing His love through movement, creativity, and truth.
